How do I get fault codes from ducted heating / cooling control?
Ducted air conditioning control systems that use a digital comms loom are capable of reporting the last 4 faults for a nominated product. These fault codes are important to when requesting a service call and diagnosing a fault.

How do I recode my ducted heating / cooling control?
Control systems can sometimes lose their communication codes with power spikes / interuptions. It will then be necessary to recode the control system.
How do I reset my ducted heating / cooling control?
When a control system goes to reset, it is generally for a reason. This could be a failed components, poor installation issues, poor signal on an RF system etc.
